JOIN A TEAM
We're passionate about people feeling like they are a part of our church family and one of the best way to do that is by being joining a serving team. No matter your age or experience, there's a team that you can join, and as you serve alongside others you'll deepen your sense of community and feel more connected to what God is doing among us.
PRAY WITH US
All we do at the Vineyard is underpinned by prayer. We love to pray and seek God, at all times and in all things. We take time in our smallgroups & Sunday Services to pray & wait on God. We also set aside a specific time every month to bring our thanks, petitions and intercession before him. Join us at our ‘Dig’ prayer meeting every 3rd Monday of the month (term time).
REACH OUT
We believe that we have something amazing to share; a faith-filled, life-transforming relationship with God, a growing community that expresses that to one another, and that also reaches out to those who don’t yet know him.
We love to show that in practical ways, with a simple message to people that God loves them.
Giveaways – including our giving away over 2,000 donuts at the Stray Bonfire every November, chocolate bars on Blue Monday in January, and hundreds of hot cross buns & Easter Eggs over the Easter weekend every year.
Supporting the IDAS Women’s Refuge – our annual Christmas & Mother’s Day collections to provide gifts for the women & children, providing the welcome boxes for each new arrival at the refuge, and assisting in renovating the accommodation
Youth Worship – running the monthly worship nights for young people from all across the town to meet together, find out about Jesus & hear an invitation to begin a life of following Him
Warm Welcome – in partnership with Woodlands Methodist & Kairos Network church
Community Projects – including gardening, DIY & community clean-ups
Foodbank – please bring donations each week to our Sunday service at St Aidan’s
We also support local charities including Disability Action & Harrogate Homeless Project
